　　新課標(biāo)卷(以前的全國(guó)卷I)歷年高考英語(yǔ)作文，多是以書(shū)信形式呈現(xiàn)的提綱類(lèi)作文，為何?我以為這樣的作文形式更能夠展現(xiàn)考生的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，而這正是高考考查的目標(biāo)。給出提綱，并留有足夠的發(fā)揮空間，考生只需專(zhuān)注于寫(xiě)好8至10個(gè)句子，并做好句際銜接，構(gòu)建連貫篇章。這其實(shí)并不容易，考驗(yàn)的是學(xué)生的基本功力。漫畫(huà)類(lèi)、圖表、表格類(lèi)(柱形圖、扇形圖等)等題材，新課標(biāo)卷中幾乎不怎么考了，為何?因?yàn)�，這些題材相較書(shū)信提綱類(lèi)作文，只是多了一個(gè)外殼，無(wú)非是給考生在審題中設(shè)置一些障礙，這與語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力本身無(wú)關(guān)。最終都是要回到8至10個(gè)句子的表達(dá)上來(lái)的。從英語(yǔ)能力的考查來(lái)講，還是書(shū)信提綱類(lèi)來(lái)的直接。
