校園招聘中必問的七類面試題
1、Background Questions
背景問題最簡單最基本的面試問題,通常用來暖場整個面試。主要問題是用來了解你是誰,你的學(xué)術(shù)背景,你的興趣愛好等等。過程中盡量表現(xiàn)的比較熱情,有活力,對話過程中保持眼神交流。
Typical Background Questions:
- Tell me about one of the classes you are taking right now.
- What class did you enjoy the most?
- What has been keeping you busy on campus lately?
- What was your study abroad experience like?
- What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
- Tell me about yourself.
2、In-depth Experience Questions
一旦你和面試官在Background Question聊得不錯,你們就會進(jìn)入更深入的工作經(jīng)驗相關(guān)問題面試。不要一味的重復(fù)描述你簡歷上已有的工作經(jīng)歷,他們想聽的是你在這個工作中都具體干了什么,遇到了什么問題,最后又是怎么解決的。
Typical In-depth Experience Questions:
- What were your responsibilities at this job?
- What was the most difficult aspect of this job? How did you handle it?
- What is something you improved at this job?
- How often do you participate in this group and what is your role?
- What goals did you and your fellow members of this organization set? Did you achieve them?
3、Behavioral Questions
