熏蒸證明是在有木質(zhì)包裝時(shí)需要出具的，應(yīng)該是商檢部門(mén)出具吧。

提單上如果沒(méi)有特別的批注，如“水浸”、“破損”等就認(rèn)為是“清潔”的，有一些提單上提前印有“CLEAN ON BOARD”字樣有些國(guó)家對(duì)中國(guó)出口的木制品或者有木質(zhì)包裝的產(chǎn)品是相對(duì)嚴(yán)格的，像澳大利亞就遇到過(guò)膠合板也要做熏蒸的事，請(qǐng)先與國(guó)外客戶(hù)確認(rèn)好要不要做熏蒸先，你客戶(hù)所說(shuō)的證明是不是熏蒸證，還有，如果供應(yīng)該木板的供應(yīng)商出具一份證明，證明該木板是不需要做熏蒸的，這樣的證明，你國(guó)外的客戶(hù)能否正常清關(guān)。這些都是你所要了解清楚的。
