I have recognized an indian boy named Gerald who was 22 years old and a abroad student through Wechat software one year ago.In the beginning i did not get in touch with him directly,but through a friend of mine who was not good at english.This friend considered my englishmaybe better than her,so she introduced Gerald to me.In the beginning we just talked about something common,such asage、job、work place、major、family and so on.With the time flow,we are familiar with each other.We talked about something deeper,and knew each other well.Once i told him i wasa christian，and i believed in God.Before i told him about my faith,i thought he may can not accept it and no longer make freinds with me.Because most people in china have no belif,and usually can not accept people who has.But Geral told me he also a christian.It was a big surprise and happiness for me.As we know most people in india just belive in buddhism or hinduism, and very less believe in christ.
Later we made appiontment to meet each other. I had showed route line to my location clear before our meeting,but he still took the wrong bus and passed the correct station.So i have to drive my car to pick him up.Athough it occurred some accident in our first time meeting,we still felt very happy and fantastic.That daytime i invited him to our church, sung hymns to our God and read holy bible.In the evening we had a generous dinner together.From that time we became good friend and brother,and we usually gather together in weekend.The above all are some experience i have got with my little brother Gerald.

You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.
There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. 常見的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)電子郵件包括以下五部分：
�、賹懶湃薊mail地址、收信人Email地址、抄送收信人Email地址、密送收信人Email地址。②標(biāo)題。③稱呼、開頭、正文、結(jié)尾句。④禮貌結(jié)束語(yǔ)。⑤寫信人全名、寫信人職務(wù)及所屬部門、地址、電話號(hào)碼、傳真等。
其中郵件主題應(yīng)體現(xiàn)郵件主旨，要引人注目、意思明確，最好為名詞或動(dòng)名詞短語(yǔ)；稱呼禮貌得體，符合商務(wù)英語(yǔ)寫作習(xí)慣，如不知對(duì)方姓名只知頭銜，可用 Dear+Title作為稱呼，如只知對(duì)方姓名不知性別，可用Dear+全名，如郵件為一封通函，則用DearAll作為郵件稱呼；正文應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)清楚，便于閱讀，如正文內(nèi)容較長(zhǎng)，可使用小標(biāo)題、小段落，或利用星號(hào)、下劃線及段落間空行等方式使郵件眉目清楚、一目了然。
二、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)電子郵件寫作應(yīng)遵循的六大原則
1、親切自然：可以用We 就不要用You
每一封email往來，都是你和與收信人之間的交流。很多人以為寫商業(yè)e-mail就應(yīng)該用「生意腔」，于是把本來有感情基礎(chǔ)的`e-mail寫得官樣。
把每次e-mail往來當(dāng)成是跟對(duì)方進(jìn)行了一次交談，只不過交談的界面是e-mail。用我／我們做主詞，這樣才能讓email讀起來熱情、友善，像朋友交談那樣簡(jiǎn)單自然，親切又人性化。 官樣e-mail：Your mail has been received.
親切e-mail：I have received your mail.
官樣e-mail：Your complaint is being looked into.
親切e-mail：We are looking into your complaint.
2、一針見血：可以清楚 就不要模糊
寫email最忌諱文縐縐，要打電話給人就用call，要去拜訪人就說visit，不要刻意用自以為正式但其實(shí)意思模模糊糊的字。

清楚字：call／write／visit
模糊字：soon
清楚字：by March 15
3、言簡(jiǎn)意賅：可以一個(gè)字就不要兩個(gè)字
大部份商業(yè)人士跟你一樣，每天都要閱讀大量e-mail。所以e-mail一定要寫得簡(jiǎn)明扼要。與主題無關(guān)或者無助于e-mail目的之內(nèi)容，請(qǐng)毫不留情的舍棄。

4、語(yǔ)匯樸實(shí)：用對(duì)方看得懂的關(guān)鍵字
每個(gè)行業(yè)都有自己的行話，寫e-mail時(shí)要確定別人懂不懂你的行話，也盡量不用華麗詞藻。西方人習(xí)慣使用樸實(shí)的語(yǔ)言。
迂回句：We look forward to a bright and glorious future of cooperation.
樸實(shí)句：We hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

5、有技巧的表達(dá)：永遠(yuǎn)讓人覺得you're helpful
同樣一件事說法不同，得到回應(yīng)就不同，有技巧的說法讓人樂于為你效勞。
拙劣說法：Obviously, if you’d read your policy carefully, you’d be able to answer these questions yourself.
漂亮說法：I'm glad to clear up these questions for you.

6、下一個(gè)專業(yè)的信件標(biāo)題
