　　現(xiàn)代人眼界開闊，把全球看作地球村，把全世界的人都看成是朋友，長大后還要與外國朋友交流。作為一個(gè)中國人，不僅要懂中文，還要懂外語。而我的英語水平不大好，所以，爸爸、媽媽商量，利用暑假讓我到卓越英語補(bǔ)習(xí)。

　　無論做什么事，興趣最重要，如果沒有興趣，就會(huì)事倍功半。學(xué)英語也一樣，有興趣才會(huì)學(xué)得好。媽媽帶我到了卓越英語，先讓我試讀一下，看看有沒有興趣。上課了，一位年輕的老師走進(jìn)教室，先讓我們聽一首叫《丑小鴨》的英語歌，一邊播放音樂，一邊表演，挺有意思的。老師教的內(nèi)容其實(shí)就是歌里唱的內(nèi)容。我目不轉(zhuǎn)睛地盯著老師的.一舉一動(dòng)，兩節(jié)課學(xué)得很專心，也很有興趣。于是，媽媽幫我報(bào)了名，我便成了卓越英語的一員。

　　我被編入B31班，學(xué)習(xí)《英語語音過關(guān)》。教我們這一班的是曾老師，國字臉，鼻梁上架著一副近視眼鏡。他總讓我們在快樂中學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，我們都很喜歡他。同時(shí)，我還認(rèn)識(shí)了兩類同學(xué)，一類是吵吵鬧鬧、愛開小差的搗蛋鬼，另一類是安安靜靜、用心學(xué)習(xí)的好學(xué)生。在卓越英語，每個(gè)同學(xué)都有自己的英文名字，我的英文名字叫Tony（托尼），可大家都叫我“掏泥”。

　　在卓越英語，我學(xué)得很努力，老師一教我就懂，字寫得也不錯(cuò)，老師經(jīng)常夸我。但我記性不大好，有時(shí)候舉起手來想發(fā)言，卻不知道說什么。我想，這是基礎(chǔ)不扎實(shí)的緣故，還得多下功夫。

　　于是，我不僅在學(xué)校里學(xué)，還在家里學(xué)。老師發(fā)給我們每人兩張《英語語音過關(guān)》碟片，讓我們在家里聽。下午和晚上家里的臺(tái)式電腦被姐姐“統(tǒng)治”著，所以，我每天早上很早起來聽碟片讀英語。每天放學(xué)回家，都要進(jìn)行鞏固，攻守并進(jìn)。我的家庭作業(yè)幾乎都是對的。

　　時(shí)間過得飛快，暑假快要結(jié)束了，我又要回到環(huán)山小學(xué)了。在新的學(xué)期里，我會(huì)更加努力，更加認(rèn)真的，少點(diǎn)讓爸爸、媽媽替我操心。同時(shí)，我真希望學(xué)校里的每位老師都像卓越英語的曾老師那樣，讓我們在快樂中學(xué)到知識(shí)。
